Jo W has been in travel for over 15 years, having managed several agencies she decided to branch out on her own. She says, “I love my job and enjoy finding the right holiday for each customer, every body has different requirements, which is what makes the job so interesting”.

She has extensive first hand travel experience to various destinations and recently added to her list cruising. To date her favourite destination is Gambia. To experience the cuisine, hospitality and their way of life, is a must!!

Holidaze are now into their 4th year of trading and what a great success it has been. Jo and the team will endeavour to get you the best possible holiday at the best price and she can guarantee the best customer service.

She fully understands peoples concerns about travel at this time and the current state of the market but she would like to take this opportunity to re-assure her customers and any potential new customers "book with us and your money is safe".

Jo J has been in travel since 1987, and has worked in both the UK and the USA. Her time in the USA included both travel agency work and various travel opportunities, so she can therefore help you with any specific queries relating to the States. She has also been lucky enough to have cruised a number of times, and is also a proficient skier.

Now working part-time since having her son in 2004, Jo can also empathise when trying to find the right holiday for a family; “a successful family holiday is centered around keeping the kids happy…if they are happy, then the parents are happy!”

To date, Jo’s favourite place visited is Sri Lanka, with it's breathtaking scenery of temples and beaches, combined with the fantastic hospitality of the locals. Jo did a tour of Sri Lanka before setting off for the Maldives.

During her years in travel, Jo has seen many changes within the industry, and knows that the way to ensure customer satisfaction is to move with the times whilst still maintaining a high level of Customer Service. This, she feels, is why Holidaze have a high percentage of repeat business and recommendations.
