Claire

Jo has been in travel for over 15 years, having managed several agencies she decided to branch out on her own. She says, “I love my job and enjoy finding the right holiday for each customer, every body has different requirements, which is what makes the job so interesting”.

She has extensive first hand travel experience to various destinations and recently added to her list cruising. To date her favourite destination is Gambia. To experience the cuisine, hospitality and their way of life, is a must!!

Holidaze are now into their 4th year of trading and what a great success it has been. Jo and the team will endeavour to get you the best possible holiday at the best price and she can guarantee the best customer service.

She fully understands peoples concerns about travel at this time and the current state of the market but she would like to take this opportunity to re-assure her customers and any potential new customers "book with us and your money is safe".

Alex has worked within the travel industry for nearly 10 years now and has had extensive experience dealing with customers and has also spent time working behind the scenes in Travel Marketing. This has given her a unique platform with which to find exactly the right holiday for you at exactly the right cost.

Having travelled to many destinations worldwide including The Caribbean, USA, France, Spain and several European cities, she feels that there is nothing better than having first hand knowledge to share. She says ‘When a customer comes through the door wanting to travel somewhere that you’ve been and enjoyed it’s a great feeling to be able to share the experiences you had whilst there.’

So of all the places travelled where would you think she best recommends?
‘Since having our daughter in May 2008, every penny has to be accounted for so with that in mind I would whole heartedly recommend Cornwall as my favourite destination! The weather is not always ideal but there is plenty to see and do for the whole family and when the sun is shining, Cornwall has some of the best beaches in Europe and some pretty breathtaking scenery too!’

Claire has recently joined Holidaze as a trainee. She has 3 years past experience in the customer service industry and fully understands the importance of good customer service. Claire has always wanted to work in travel since she was a little girl and is very passionate about the industry. Claire says "I love the excitement of sending people to different places and she loves learning about the many different countries and attractions around the world". Having studied Travel and Tourism at college for a year, this has given her the basic skills in which to start her career. Claire has travelled to Florida, Miami, France, Spain, Italy and many parts of the UK, giving her first hand experience and knowledge that she can pass on to clients.

To date of all the places I have travelled Florida is my favourite . With the hot climate and a great choice of attractions for all ages, making it a fun packed holiday.
